Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide 24/7 luxury airport transfers from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airport. We can accommodate individuals, families, and large groups with our spacious Renault Master van and other vehicles.
Is your service suitable for families and kids?
Absolutely! Our vehicles are child-friendly, and we can provide baby and booster seats upon request. Our private tours are flexible and perfect for families of all sizes.
Are your tours suitable for elderly or mobility-restricted travelers?
Yes. Our van is easy to access with comfortable seating and plenty of space. We can also adjust tour pacing and stopovers to suit your comfort and needs.

How much does a private tour cost?
Pricing varies depending on the duration, number of passengers, and chosen destinations. Our standard private tour rate is $120 to $160 per hour (minimum 4 hours). We provide all-inclusive quotes upfront — no hidden fees.
What is included in the tour cost?
Your booking includes vehicle hire, a professional driver-guide, tolls, fuel, water bottles, and basic refreshments. Entry fees to attractions and meals are not included unless stated otherwise.
What vehicles do you use?
We use a luxurious Renault Master van (11-seater), Kia Carnival, and Hyundai Staria (Black Valante). All vehicles are modern, spacious, clean, and maintained for comfort and safety.
Can I book a vehicle for hourly use or events?
Yes. We offer flexible hourly bookings for events, sightseeing, business transfers, or long-distance travel — perfect for weddings, conferences, or short trips around Melbourne.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and instant transfers. Payment is usually required on or before the day of service. Regular customers or travel agents may request monthly billing options.
Do you operate during public holidays or weekends?
Yes, we operate every day of the year — including Easter, Christmas, Ramadan holidays, and school breaks. Book early to secure your preferred date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. For cancellations within 24 hours, a small fee may apply. We understand emergencies — just keep us informed.
